The hard look very high quality, in good and reliable packaging. But the parcel arrived a month and a half after the order, very slowly.

Works pretty well and it's easy to use. The quality for the price is great. It's a little loud but it's good for a quick vacuum. It can get into small spaces that a large household vacuum cannot. Perfect for getting crumbs out of the couch creases and my kid's car seat.
